Andrew has extensive experience in quality improvement, specializing in HEDIS measures and performance metrics. Dedicated to achieving positive patient and community outcomes, Andrew leverages problem-solving skills, adaptability, thorough preparation, and enthusiasm in his work.
At Elevation Health Partners, Andrew leverages his skillset to coach practices, using data-driven, and evidence-based methodologies to help practices excel in their quality goals and initiatives. Andrew looks to push quality to the forefront of the healthcare spectrum and introduce a culture of continuous improvement for all practices and providers he works with.
Before joining Elevation Health Partners Andrew led a quality improvement initiative working with the Independent Physicians Association of New York to achieve a 4-star overall rating for Aetna. In this role Andrew also led a MIPS audit, resulting in a passing grade and 90% of records retrieved. Additionally, Andrew has served as a Provider Relations Specialist, working hand in hand with providers, ensuring satisfaction in service contracts, in-network services, and billing. Andrew served as a HEDIS measure subject matter expert leading educational training for providers and staff members.
Outside of the office, Andrew can be found on one of Long Island’s many beaches, cooking, or furthering his fitness goals in the gym. Andrew is an avid reader enjoying Stephen King novels and history books.
