Devon Rax is a dedicated Program Manager and Healthcare Analyst with over 10 years of experience spanning public health, data analytics, and strategic development. He has spearheaded initiatives that improved public health program efficiency by 20% and strengthened partnerships with over 3,500 LA County community stakeholders. Known for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes and enhance organizational outcomes, Devon is passionate about healthcare innovation and fostering environments that support continuous improvement. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree from Pepperdine Law School, Devon brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every project.
As a Practice Transformation Engagement Specialist at Elevation Health Partners, Devon will work collaboratively with coaches and practices to help meet performance measures while moving the needle on population health. His work has traversed state and local government, the public and private sector, and community gatekeepers. Previous experience includes: LA County Dept. of Public Health, the Metropolitan Water District, Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, Community Health Alliance of Pasadena (now Altamed).
During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and their dogs Percy, Kobe and Cleopatra. He enjoys everything outdoors related, traveling and spending time with family. He also enjoys playing sports, reading and cooking.
