Gladis is a healthcare professional with a passion for public health, health education, and preventive medicine. With nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare field, she has developed expertise in healthcare administration, provider relations, provider engagement, quality improvement, project coordination, and working with providers from diverse specialties and backgrounds.
As a Practice Transformation Engagement Specialist at Elevation Health Partners, Gladis works closely with providers, office managers, and office staff to reach their goals by focusing on quality improvement. Gladis supports other consultants and team members to deliver the best service to our providers and patients.
Before joining Elevation Health Partners, Gladis acquired experience in population health, community health, research, and healthcare administration by working with the New York State Department of Health, Hospitals, and Independent Physician Association. She has a deep understanding of the healthcare system and quality improvement. Gladis was also a volunteer EMT for five years, and spent some time volunteering in Kenya, Africa.
Outside the office, Gladis spends her free time exploring new places locally and internationally. She enjoys history and geography and loves learning about new cultures and languages.
