Jessica is a results-oriented innovator who is passionate about advancing health equity across the health care safety-net. With over 10 years of experience working at, and with safety net providers, Jessica has deep expertise in program development, implementation science, workforce development, care transformation, innovation, and grant management.
As the Director of Operations and Principal Consultant at Elevation Health Partners, Jessica drives practice transformation using human-centered design and quality improvement models across a diverse network of stakeholders; including executive leadership, clinical care teams, technology vendors, funders, and community partners. Currently, she serves as the CalAIM subject matter expert for the Communty Clinic Association of Los Angeles county (CCALAC), working directly with member clinics and managed care plans, to improve Los Angeles providers’ capacity to deliver Enhanced Care Management services. She also directs care transformation coaching for multiple large-scale projects, reaching over 20 FQHCs throughout Los Angeles County.
Jessica is a Clinic Leadership Institute and Catalyst “Design Thinking” alumnus. She is passionate about building healthy communities and also strives for personal wellness. Outside of the office, you may find her practicing meditation, mountain bike riding, or hiking with her family and her dog Riley. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, she loves learning about and experiencing new foods with family and friends.
