Michelle has over 12 years of experience advocating for health equity through serving communities with diverse populations. Her strong foundation in managing grant-funded programs combined with her passion for driving performance objectives has demonstrated her deep commitment to enhancing community health.

As a Senior Practice Transformation Consultant, Michelle leads the Equity and Practice Transformation (EPT) program focusing on improving health equity and transforming healthcare delivery. She is committed to working alongside practices in advancing the quality of care provided to patients, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and supporting practices in achieving their performance objectives.

Prior to joining Elevation Health Partners, Michelle implemented and evaluated effective grant-funded programs, with a particular focus on pediatric health outcomes. Michelle demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing cross-functional teams and coordinating the integration of services across multiple primary care centers while optimizing patient care through data-driven strategies. With a passion for enhancing the patient experience, Michelle has trained clinical and support staff in advanced communication strategies, ensuring that healthcare services are delivered with efficiency and compassion. 

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys being outdoors, whether it's camping, hiking or exploring parks around Los Angeles with her family and her dog, Auggie.
