With over thirty years of experience, Natalie has helped California’s counties, communities, and health systems in clinical system redesign, practice transformation, and data sharing to deliver patient-focused, accountable, community care. Natalie’s expertise centers on designing and implementing tailored, innovative approaches to evidence-based care, value-based payment, data sharing, community-based care models with multi-sector care collaboration, clinical and social linkages, and technical assistance.

Leading the team at Elevation Health Partners, Natalie works in close partnership with funding organizations, federal, state, and county government entities, and community organizations to identify needs and improve patient experience and health outcomes. Natalie’s expertise includes data sharing privacy, security, technology selection, and implementation. Beyond setting the vision and direction of the company, Natalie serves as the Executive Sponsor of large projects, regularly in the field working shoulder-to-shoulder with healthcare and social services teams.

Natalie is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Facilitator. She advocates for strategic partnership in human resources management by working to align people strategies to organization success and business results. Natalie is skilled in talent acquisition, employee and provider engagement and retention, and workforce strengthening.

Natalie is a published author, entrepreneur, retired marathoner and triathlete. Natalie and her husband John have one daughter, Skylar Rose, and share a love of travel and scuba diving.
