Nawaz has over twenty years of healthcare experience spanning digital health, corporate strategy, and revenue cycle management, helping start-up level to established $25B+ companies identify untapped value and architect growth through change. He is passionate about utilizing analytics to deliver powerful insights that solve complex business problems and address health equity.

His experience includes roles encompassing product development, analytics, and operations--launching new product lines, structuring data, deriving insights, and engineering processes to improve patient outcomes and streamline business processes. His tenure in consulting firms, investment banks, and tech startups not only established a solid foundation in healthcare, but also cultivated versatility, positioning him as a trusted conduit between business leaders, clinical teams, and engineering groups. He has built collaborative teams around independent thinking, transparency, happiness, and furious curiosity.

As a Senior Practice Transformation Consultant at Elevation Health Partners, Nawaz manages the Value Based Care line of business and leads business development, scoping and implementation of CalAIM Initiatives, including Enhanced Care Management and various Value Based Care Programs for FQHCs, physicians, and Community Based Organizations. 

Nawaz has deployed over seventy-five client-centric solutions ranging from remote patient monitoring programs to EMR implementations and transformation initiatives for payers, health systems, physician practices, ACOs, and risk-bearing technology vendors.

Outside of the office, Nawaz enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his family, and meditating.
